Thank you for choosing Unipharma Life for your facial video selfie health and wellness assessments.
Our Products and Delivery
All products sold on unipharma.life are digital credits for performing facial selfie health assessments. Upon successful payment, credits are instantly added to your account and are immediately available for use. Once credits are purchased, the transaction is considered complete, and the service/digital access is delivered.
General Refund Policy
Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of our products, and because credits are consumable/irreversible once used (e.g., a completed selfie assessment cannot be undone or returned), all sales of credits are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase, except in limited circumstances outlined below.
Exceptions – When We May Offer a Refund
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis only if:
- The credits were not delivered to your account due to a technical error on our side (e.g., payment processed but credits not credited).
- You contact us immediately (within 24 hours of purchase) and have not yet used any credits.
- The product/service did not function as described due to a verifiable defect in our system.
To request an exception, contact us at info@unipharma.life with your order number and details. We reserve the right to review account usage and decline requests where credits have been partially or fully consumed.
Damages and Issues
If you experience any technical issues with accessing or using your credits (e.g., app malfunction preventing assessments), please contact us immediately at info@unipharma.life. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include crediting replacement credits if appropriate. Refunds are not available for issues arising from user error, incompatible devices, or after credits have been used.
Non-Refundable Items
- All digital credits for facial video selfie health and wellness assessments.
- Any promotional or bonus credits.
- Purchases made using gift cards, store credit, or promotional codes (unless otherwise stated).
We do not accept returns or refunds for digital products in general, as they are non-tangible and cannot be returned in the same condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available, as our products are digital and single-use per assessment.
European Union / EEA / UK – Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are located in the European Union, EEA, or UK, you normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
However, by purchasing digital credits, you expressly consent that:
- The performance of the contract (delivery and availability of credits for immediate use) begins immediately upon purchase.
- You acknowledge and agree that starting this performance causes you to lose your right of withdrawal.
This consent is typically obtained via a clear checkbox or notice at checkout (e.g., "I understand that purchasing digital credits starts immediate delivery and forfeits my 14-day withdrawal right"). If this consent was properly obtained, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. Without such consent, EU/UK customers may still request cancellation within 14 days if no credits have been used - contact us to discuss.
Refunds Process (When Approved)
If we approve a refund exception:
- You will be notified via email.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
